What the public Academy collects
The public learning pages do not require an account. When an online exam is taken, the application may use a server session to keep the current exam question set and submitted answers together during that visit.
Search and learning activity
Search queries are used to return matching Academy topics. The current application does not expose a learner profile or public activity feed.
Future accounts
If learner accounts, saved progress, certificates, submissions or other personalized features are introduced, the information collected and the purposes for collecting it should be documented and disclosed before those features are enabled.
Third parties
Third-party analytics, advertising or embedded services should only be enabled with the appropriate configuration, notices and legal disclosures.
